It's not easy to define crap, but it is very easy to become a crap manager. Just ask Loveless!

It's very easy to become a crap manager. Just say "I'm crap!!" and delete all your games were you manage Man Utd, Juventus, Barca or any team which has to much money, too many good players and wins every title all by itself.

Then you start up a new game, and choose a minor team. For rules on what teams are consider crap, check out the crap rules. Most crap managers choose teams in the english conference, and try to make them into a good team. At least good enough so that they avoid the dreaded relegation.

Next is the issue of cheating. It's fairly easy, as a crap manager you don't cheat. You don't use an editor, and you don't use players that you think are overrated. One of these overrated mis-fits is one guy called Robbie Keane. His name shall never be mentioned on this site again. (Mentioning his name in the CMC forum may earn you the pleasure of a burning and repeated offences may see Erik kill you via the internet. - jr)

You should also as a crap manager stick to your own tactics, never download a tactic from another player, this is called cheating by crap managers. Of course you can ask for advice, but as the saying goes "if you give the hungry man a fish, he will be hungry the next day, teach him how to fish, and he will feed himself." So a true crap manager does not give you his tactic, as he has probably worked weeks to get it to work. But if he is nice, and most of us are, he will give you a hint of where to look so that you can improve your own tactic.

That's the basic criteria of a crap manager, and they are easy to follow. If you feel that this is they way to play CM, then you are a true crap manager, and we welcome you into our family, otherwise, may the board of directors have pity on your soul.
