The following rules are guidelines only. Things like the bank balance and stadium are really only applicable for teams in the higher lower league divisions. If you’re a very small club with a large stadium, the burden of maintaining this is an extra strain on your funds therefore more of a challenge.

Teams Crap Managers may only BEGIN managing a team which is recognised as Crap under the rules laid down below:

No team beginning in the top division. No team beginning in English Division 1, Italian Serie B and Spanish Second Division Stadium Capacity must be below 15000 (preferably lower) or below the minimum capacity for getting in the Top division for those leagues that have a limit. Bank Balance can be no larger then £500k. Of course there is always the possibility to change team later... Players There is no place in a Crap Manager's team for over-rated players, in particular R****e K***e. (Historic rule) If after one year, you see an overrated player for sale, and the player has collected more than 20 senior league matches, you may buy him, as his capacity is now known by everyone.

Tactics Tactics will be carefully thought out by the individual Crap Manager. There is never any excuse for downloading someone else’s tactic, or giving yours away.

Moral behaviour Cheating is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN. Examples of activities which are regarded as cheating are listed below:

Using any kind of game editor for any purposes. Signing Bosman transfers for immediate sale. Managing two teams and pooling the best players. CTRL+ALT+DEL after a defeat. Using "Save as.." to create backups for cheating purposes Using any of the known bugs in CM to your advantage e.g. "super-tactics" Crap Holidays There’s nothing known as Crap Holidays. Playing with a big team is just not crap. Research or testing is not an excuse. You are Crap or you’re not and that’s that. Being crap is a full time job.
